Optics Action Security Ltd provides professional security services including, but not limited to: static guarding, mobile patrols, alarm response, keyholding, emergency response, lock and unlock services, vacant property inspections, and related security consultancy. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement between Optics Action Security Ltd and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such agreement. In the event of a conflict, the specific service agreement shall take precedence. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any service at our discretion.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not: • Use this website in any way that violates applicable UK or international law or regulation • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material • Knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems • Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from this website without our express written permission We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website for any user who breaches these Terms.

Any quotation provided by Optics Action Security Ltd is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. A binding contract is formed only when a written service agreement has been signed by both parties, or when we issue a written confirmation of engagement. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate where applicable.

When engaging our services, the client agrees to: • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for the provision of services • Ensure safe working conditions for all deployed personnel in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 • Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the delivery of services • Not direct or instruct our personnel to act outside their SIA licence scope or in breach of any law • Pay all invoices by the agreed due date Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or termination of services without liability to us.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. Late payment may incur interest at the statutory rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We also reserve the right to recover reasonable debt recovery costs. We reserve the right to suspend services without notice if invoices remain unpaid beyond their due date.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law. Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or any service agreement, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from or in connection with our services or this website.
